Located in sun belt of San Francisco, enjoy the garden deck with table BBQ grill and chairs. Equipped with gas radiator heater and fire pit in case our famous fog returns in the afternoon.

back yard, exterior alley passage way and back staircase ( separated by locked door ) shared with host.

WIFI and Utilities included ( Note: Gas Electric Water and Waste use capped at $200 per month over charge will be charged to the tenant).

We may require visit to the unit these visit may include the owner, owner’s agent or future tenenats. We will give at least 24 hr notice.

30 consequitive night stays required.
