We love you guys to enjoy the place, please try to keep it nice we put a lot of work and love into this place to make it nice for you. The BIG RULE is to stay OFF the roof! Go on the Deck and enjoy it but don’t go on the main roof top so no one gets hurt. If I or my neighbors see you on it, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no exception. Sorry to not take this lightly, this is very dangerous and want everybody safe. Please do not trash the place. I would like you to take care of the place, and keep it as you found it. Please put dishes in the dishwasher and run it before you leave, put the linens and towels that you used on the bath floor or the floor next to the washer, put things away when you are done with them and please put the trash in the trash bags. If something breaks or needs attention PLEASE just call me. Do not try to hide it, or leave it for me to find. It is much better to let me know so I can take care of it right away. I don’t mind gatherings but respect it and take care of it. No smoking and no pets allowed. We put a lot of love into this place and we want you to enjoy it and others so you guys can come back. As far as for noise please please if you want to put music on just go outside if you can hear it then it is too loud. Just be respectful. This is on the third floor so respect the people downstairs, would be kind if you can take your shoes off. No noise after 10 o’clock we have guests downstairs and we don’t want to disturb them or the neighbors. There is also available all day/night free street parking with no meters on the side of the street that is across the house. DO NOT park on the same side of the house as you will get a ticket.
