The cottage features high ceilings and an open floor plan, with a wonderful view of lush woods. The walls are decorated with original artwork by the owner. The location is central to the island, situated just outside the village of Somesville, within 15 minutes of Bar Harbor and Southwest Harbor by car. Hiking and swimming just 5 minutes away by car.

The space
Designed by the owner in 2016, along with the main house some 100 feet away. It is a clean, modern space with a view overlooking lush woods.

Guest access
The cottage is private with a parking area which will require walking about 80 feet to gain entrance.

Other things to note
Please note the kitchen has a toaster oven as opposed to a large oven. The stove is a two burner glass top unit..
