Guest access
The entire house and back yard will be available for exclusive use. I’m available 24/7.

When booked you must provide a copy of your ID. Guests must be 30 and over to book. Also we do not rent to locals.

Only 12 People is allowed only on the property per our license, all 12 must be included on the reservation, no visitors.

Other things to note
To heat the Pool/Spa it’s an additional fee at *$65 a day a minimum of 3 days. Please confirm 48 hours prior to your arrival if you need the pool heated.

*IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by host, guests is not allowed to operate unless instructioned too!
As soon as the heater is turned on is when you are being charged this fee., even though it will take a day or so to heat, the cost is the price to use the gas/heated.

Pool service is not available on weekends, so if you check in on Saturday/Sunday or if there is a storm during your stay on Saturday or Sunday, the pool will be serviced on Mondays.

Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. By accepting this booking this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

IMPORTANT: yellow and white towels are only allowed at the pool!!!

Also only the number of guests you booked for is allowed in the home only including guests!

Fireplaces are non working, it’s just part of the decor only.

We as hosts are not responsible for items left behind, please be sure to check everywhere before you leave the home.
