A long and expansive gallery leads to a dramatic corner Living/Dining room bathed in natural sunlight, wide planked oak floors, and iconic Soho views from massive double hung windows.

The sleek chef’s kitchen is open to the entertaining space and feature top-of-the-line Sub Zero and Viking appliances. Dining room table sits up to 10 with extensions.

Nearby, a hallway leads to 3 extremely quiet bedrooms and 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms including a sauna, in which to relax and remove the stresses of the day. All towels and linens are organic.

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a washer-dryer, iron, steamer, Lutron lighting on dimmers, Smart TVs ( no Cable, yes Netflix) and a second set of interior windows making the space pin drop quiet.

All this, in a 4-unit boutique condominium building located on arguably the best block in Soho, with great restaurants, world class shopping, and all major transportation lines right at your doorstep.

And for Art people, this was the original historic Soho location of the 303 Gallery.

Great for 2 or 3 couples or 2 couples and 1-2 kids but not 6 individuals unless you share beds. – no infants please – We may be able to accommodate larger parties of 6 or more but please write us first before booking.

Please note: with the floorplan in the images, the study in the middle is show as the 3rd bedroom, across from the gallery. It’s a very comfortable queen size daybed that sleeps two, closes off with heavy curtains, and is very private.

There is a 4th bed available – surprisingly comfortable Japanese mats made locally, with a queen bed kit, made up in the main living room, as required.

*IMPORTANT: There is no elevator access… There are 2 flights of 10 steps each (20 total steps), off of Spring Street, to the Second Floor loft.

We ask guests staying for longer than 7 days to purchase extra cleaning services for $200.00 per clean/ each week. This includes new linens and towels. Unlike other Airbnb’s our goal is to surpass the hotel experience.
