The space
Located at the heart of Bushwick, the Knickerbocker House is just a 20-minute commute from Manhattan. The house has plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and is located near some of Bushwick’s most beloved murals. It has five units spread across three levels, and a backyard accessible through the basement.
