It is a private cottage with a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, and toaster. Dishes, flatware and glasses are also included. The GPS address is 38 Fulton St. but the cottage is located in the back and the number is 40. Look for the “Mimi’s Cottage Welcome” sign. Parking is on street.
