Spend your summer vacation boating, fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, and much more with your unbeatable access to the lake. If you’re vacationing during the winter months, you can make the 18.1-mile trek to Big Squaw Mountain Ski Area and tear up the powder all day long. Downtown Greenville is a short 10.6-mile drive from your front door and offers attractions for any time of the year from Moosehead Marine Museum to the Greenville Seaplane Base, as well as several restaurants and shops.

**Winter Guests: Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required for winter, the road only gets plowed after five inches of snow, and the driveway can only fit a two-place trailer and one vehicle.
