Homer’s Downtown Tiny House – Complimentary Bikes

This 300sq/ft Tiny House is situated in the middle of downtown Homer Alaska. Walk to everything! Steps from the library, walking trails and grocery store. Walk to restaurants, the beach, museums, the historic movie theater, and nightlife. Great views. Complimentary unlimited Wifi and use of the Tiny House Bicycles. NOTE- in addition to our high cleaning standards we are also bleaching all surfaces in between guests.

Homer’s Downtown Tiny House is in the middle of it all. Walking distance to Pioneer Avenue (shopping, museums, movies and restaurants,) and Old Town Homer (beaches, art galleries, cafe’s). 5 minutes by car to the base of the Homer Spit (shopping, restaurants, fishing, boat harbor)

You can walk to most attractions in Homer from the Tiny House. Cabs are easily available in and around Homer. There is also plenty of driveway parking at the Tiny House for your car, boat and RV.

The Tiny House has many features including: new queen mattress with linens, sofa bed, full bathroom with soap/shampoo and towels, a large deck with propane grill and a kitchenette with toaster oven, mini fridge/freezer, 2 burner stove, sink, cookware and dishes.

Things to know: The bedroom is in the loft and accessed by ladder. There is no TV but you can stream movies on your laptop. While we love kids and pets we are not able to accommodate them at the Tiny House at this time. The Tiny house is open year round and sales tax is included in the base price!
