Guest access
Guest have access to the entire cabin and the 2.2 acres the property sits on. There is also a stream in the back of the cabin and a large pond in the community.

Other things to note
– Morgan County posted an executive order on April 7 that guests must make a minimum reservation of at least 14 days. We can give a generous discount for 14 or more nights stay in April and May.

– Normal check-in is 4 p.m. and check out is 12 p.m. We do allow early and late checkout when available so you can settle in and enjoy more of the area. We can confirm this generally 2 to 3 days before the check-in date.

– We provide guests with an exclusive 26 page Berkeley Springs information guide – this is an ‘insider’s guide’ to where to shop, favorite restaurants and what to order, places to avoid, sample itineraries, “not to be missed” events, activities and much more.

– There is no cleaning fee compared to other rentals.
