First tiny home in the first state!

This tiny home is a breath of fresh air – clean, bright and cozy – it is nestled on our three acres of private property along with our main home. The home has a separate private entrance, parking, and outdoor space with a fire pit and grill so you can relax under the stars after a day on the go.

The space
This tiny home is small but mighty!

Featuring a small kitchen with a 4 burner stovetop, tall apartment sized fridge with freezer, toaster oven and coffee maker – along with all the pots, pans and dishes needed. There is also quaint dining/work space that overlooks that outdoor area.

The living room has a wifi enabled tv and sectional sofa perfect for lounging with your loved one and a full day exploring coastal Delaware.

For sleeping arrangements the tiny has a main loft with a queen bed which is accessed by a normal rise and run staircase.

The bathroom in the home has a composting toilet, specifically a Separett Villa 9210, which truly works amazingly, but is different from your normal flushing toilet. Feel free to look it up for more information. You will never have to deal with maintaining the toilet, this will always be completed by the host.

The water heater is on demand propane, so it takes a moment for the water to work through the line but once it does, you will have endless hot water for your showers and dishes.

A split unit heating and cooling system will keep you as cool or warm as you would like.

Occasionally you might be greeted by our feline roommates that like to hang out in the yard. On other occasions our resident hens stop by and say hello.

Other things to note
We had a storm come through recently that caused electrical damage to our modem. We have a loaner from the company until a new one arrives but internet service is slower than usual. I will provide guests with Redbox codes to use, whether it is here or the place you travel next.
