Dawson Lake contemporary mountain home & estate

Our contemporary home is located on 800 acres in the Appalachian Mountains. Incredible views from every room. Enjoy the infinity edge pool, hot tub, sauna, 2,500 sq. ft clubhouse and our private 40 acre lake with sandy beach plus 7 miles of trails, just a few minutes walk from the rental house. Non-refundable pet fee of $250 for each pet.

The space
Our home has 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and is located on 800 acres. The estate includes a private 40 acre lake, pool, 2500 sq. ft. club house, hot tub, sauna, 7 miles of walking/bicycling trails, just a few minutes walk from the rental house.
Great white water rafting, zip line tours, state parks and caves to visit within 30 minute drive.
Included: sheets, linens, towels, kitchen equipment and outdoor grill.

Guest access
The home is located approximately 1/4 mile away from the beach/pool/lake area.

We also own another home approximately 5 minutes away. If that home is rented, those guests also have use of the beach/pool/lake area.

We have a second home with 3 bedrooms 5 minutes away if you have additional guests. Also the pool house, patio overlooking the lake is available for weddings and private events.
