Cozy Downstairs Apartment 10 min – Downtown Rapid

Enjoy a small private apartment including a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, with a private entrance.

The apartment has access from the front of the house through porch via a staircase. The spiral staircase on the porch will also be available to guests. It ascends to a small loft and reading nook as well as a play area for kids.

Located just up the hill from downtown Rapid City, our home offers a quick walking trip to local attractions and quick access to I-90 for road trips and Sturgis.

The space
The overall industrial theme of the apartment is meant to inspire. The bedroom has a brand new wood panel ceiling, with a very “homey” feel.

A full kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and coffee maker with accessories is available to all guests. The living room has a memory foam futon for the kids or extra guests. Shared spaces include the laundry room (locked and only used for necessities by us with guests in the house!) as well as an upstairs loft via spiral staircase on the front porch.

Please be advised, apartment is under renovation when we do not have have guests. Anything “unfinished” is a work in progress. However, whenever we have guests we ensure everything is clean and ready!

Other things to note
House is secured with Vivint security system and outdoor/indoor cameras are in the common areas. If you have any questions in regards to security please let us know!
