Cottage on Litchfield Farm

This is a newly constructed cottage apartment, designed in an urban industrial farmhouse style, situated on a 28 acre farm in the historic town of Litchfield, CT. This restored and maintained farm includes an owner occupied main house, heated saltwater pool with a pool house, a barn with 6 chickens, 3 goats and 2 miniature donkeys, a vegetable garden, beautiful estate flower gardens, and an apple orchard. Beginning October 2020, newly renovated office/classroom space available.

The space
Brand new two bedroom one bath cottage apartment with full kitchen, flat screen television with HBO/Showtime, flat screen TV.

Guest access
Guests have access to cottage apartment, pool house, pool, landscaped gardens, paddock with goats, chickens and miniature donkeys. Vegetables from the garden and farm fresh eggs are available to our guests.

Other things to note
Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Depending on the weather in September, we sometimes keep the pool open until October 1. Guests are welcome to pick apples and pears from our orchard in the fall.
