Broadripple studio loft with spiral staircase

Welcome to the Lighthouse loft! This studio apartment has private access through the side door of our home, locked with a keypad lock. You will enter the door with a code, and to the right is the studio. Our part of the house is to the left, and we will not be in the hall space unless we need to get to the basement to do laundry.

Street parking is available on either side street, Guilford or Winthrop, around us, or across from us on Winthrop.

There is NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND in the unit.

The space
Our cozy room has a simple design, with comfort being the goal. A private bathroom is attached, and the spiral staircase provides space downstairs, with the upstairs still being easily accessible. A queen size bed and a second sitting area are upstairs. Closet space is provided, as well as your morning coffee and tea.
THERE IS NO FULL KITCHEN. If you are looking for a place to cook your own meals, this is not for you. There is a mini-fridge and microwave.

Guest access
If you should need to do laundry while you are here, you have access to the basement, where our washer and dryer are located. This service is free, but please communicate your needs with us so there are no scheduling issues.

Other things to note
We do have a Chihuahua named Mouse. While you may occasionally hear her or see her in the back yard, she does not leave our living space, and it should not impact your stay.
