The entire house and back yard will be available for exclusive use. I’m available 24/7.

The Property has security cameras placed in the front exit area, and in the back exit pool area. This video footage is not shared and it is only for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. A licensed secuirty company is hired to montiored the house for safety, and to enforce the rules, regarding noise and nuisnace which is enforced by the city. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors.

Also, there is a gas grill available, with a gas tank, if the gas tank is empty during your stay there is a local gas station to refill and we will reimburse you, just please send us a receipt.
