Bob and Leesa purchased the Poolhouse and a home on the property where the Poolhouse sits in 2015. Their daughter, Kelsey, who has been a Big Island resident since 2009, stepped in to manage the Poolhouse since that time. Kelsey knowing the ins and outs of what this beautiful island has to offer, and her commitment to stellar service has helped her become an AirBnB Super Host with nearly 5-star reviews. But as of February 1, 2019, Bob and Leesa who had only recently moved from Colorado transitioned to the hosts of the Poolhouse with Kelsey helping us through the transition in the months ahead. Bob is now semi-retired, having worked 27 years for a Colorado nonprofit. Leesa, also semi-retired has served more than 30 years in education and remains a consultant in private education. Both Bob and Leesa are very excited about carrying out the “Kelsey hospitality” going forward. We welcome you in advance to our Ohana (guest home and pool).
